Parmesan Crusted Cod

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400
Combine Panko bread crumbs, grated parmesan, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley in a shallow bowl.
In a seperate bowl beat one egg with 1/2 cup of milk.
Coat each cod fillet in egg wash then in bread crumb mixture.
Place fillets in lightly buttered baking
dish and bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes.

Ingredients
1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Finely grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbs. Oregano
2 Tbs. Chopped fresh parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Lbs. Cod (8 ounce portions)
